Former England defender Ugo Ehiogu has died in hospital at the age of 44 following a cardiac arrest.
It was announced on Friday morning that Ehiogu has passed away following the collapse.
Tottenham’s head of coaching and development John McDermott said: “Words cannot express the shock and sadness that we all feel at the club, “Ugo’s immense presence will be irreplaceable.”
A statement from the club read: “It is with immense sadness that we announce the passing of Ugo Ehiogu, our Under-23 coach. “The club sends it’s deepest condolences to Ugo’s family.”
