English Football Round Up – 15th April 2017

The early kick off saw Tottenham thump Bournemouth 4-0 as Harry Kane scored on his return.

League One’s early kick off saw 10-man Oldham beat Bolton meaning Sheffield United are crowned champions.

Back in the Premier League, Everton ran 3-1 winners over Burnley to briefly move up to 5th whilst Hull took a hard 3-1 loss to Stoke meaning they hover above the drop zone by two points.

They are closest to Swansea who are 18th after a 1-0 defeat at Watford. Sunderland are all but relegated after a 2-2 draw with West Ham. They are 9 points from safety with 6 games to go.

In the Championship, Reading beat Aston Villa 3-1 to go back up into 4th.


The late kick off saw Manchester City ease past Southampton 3-0 and move into 3rd.
